I can't see any negatives in CCP making streaming easy. Having a larger pool of people streaming means you have a larger pool to draw the talent from and create more variety in the types of streams, which in turn will get more people interested in...

Yes. The number will be equal or less than the total lifespan of EVE counted in days. Taking in to account the progress CCP has made on this issue in the past 10 years, I'd say there is a decent chance both numbers will be the same.
